General terms and conditions for foreign language courses :
1. Registration :
a. All registrations for foreign language courses must be made online or in person. The personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.
b. Registration is confirmed once full payment or initial deposit has been received.
2. Payment :
a. Foreign language course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise specified.
b. Payments can be made by bank transfer, TWINT or cash.
3. Cancellation and refund :
a. Cancellations must be made in writing to the language school at least 3 working days before the course start date. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
b. A full refund, less administrative charges, will be made for eligible cancellations.
c. No refunds will be made after the start of the course or in the event of the student’s absence without prior notification.
4. Teaching aids :
a. The language school will provide the textbooks and teaching materials needed for the courses.
b. Students are responsible for returning textbooks and teaching materials in good condition at the end of the course. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged extra.
5. Student responsibility :
a. Students are required to attend foreign language classes regularly.
b. Any disruptive or unethical behavior is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate exclusion from the course, without refund.
c. Students are expected to respect the rules of the language school and to treat staff and other students with respect.
6. Responsibility of the language school :
a. The language school is committed to providing quality courses, taught by qualified and experienced teachers.
b. The language school reserves the right to modify or cancel a course in the event of force majeure or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, a full refund will be made.
7. Data protection :
a. Students’ personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection regulations.
b. Students authorize the language school to use their personal information for course administration and communication purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
