General terms and conditions for foreign language courses :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. Registration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. All registrations for foreign language courses must be made online or in person. The personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n\n

b. Registration is confirmed once full payment or initial deposit has been received.<\/p>\n\n

2. Payment :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. Foreign language course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n

b. Payments can be made by bank transfer, TWINT or cash.<\/p>\n\n

3. Cancellation and refund :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. Cancellations must be made in writing to the language school at least 3 working days before the course start date. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n

b. A full refund, less administrative charges, will be made for eligible cancellations.<\/p>\n\n

c. No refunds will be made after the start of the course or in the event of the student’s absence without prior notification.<\/p>\n\n

4. Teaching aids :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. The language school will provide the textbooks and teaching materials needed for the courses.<\/p>\n\n

b. Students are responsible for returning textbooks and teaching materials in good condition at the end of the course. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged extra.<\/p>\n\n

5. Student responsibility :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. Students are required to attend foreign language classes regularly.<\/p>\n\n

b. Any disruptive or unethical behavior is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate exclusion from the course, without refund.<\/p>\n\n

c. Students are expected to respect the rules of the language school and to treat staff and other students with respect.<\/p>\n\n

6. Responsibility of the language school :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. The language school is committed to providing quality courses, taught by qualified and experienced teachers.<\/p>\n\n

b. The language school reserves the right to modify or cancel a course in the event of force majeure or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, a full refund will be made.<\/p>\n\n

7. Data protection :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

a. Students’ personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection regulations.<\/p>\n\n

b. Students authorize the language school to use their personal information for course administration and communication purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.<\/p>\n\n
